Philips Sonicare Xtreme e3000 Power Toothbrush (Blue) Review
I have owned this Sonicare toothbrush for about two months now and I love it! I hesitated on buying it because of some of the negative reviews. I have not had any trouble with the battery compartment, but because of the reviews Iread, I try to remember to pop off the bottom of the compartment after using the toothbrush and lay it on its side next to the toothpaste. Maybe this is asking too much for some people, but I like this thing enough that the 3 seconds it takes to pop it off and put it back on are no big deal. As soon as I started using the e3000, I could really feel how clean my teeth were. A lot of electric toothbrushes offer superior cleaning to a manual toothbrush, though. What really hooked me was that about 2 weeks ago, I was putting on lipstick and when I smiled at myself in the mirror afterwards, I was greeted with really white teeth. I am an ex-smoker and love coffee, and even with regular dental cleanings, not all of the staining comes off. But this toothbrush has! I love it, and even if two months from now it stops working, I'm likely to buy a new one. I might consider one of the more expensive ones, but I like having the battery operated for travelling and that it takes up less space on the bathroom countertop.

My first Sonicare toothbrush lasted 9 years, this one broke after 16 days, looked at the label....MADE IN CHINA!!!!
